It can be for all women, regardless of age
☑️Here are some examples where you can make an appointment with your specialized pelvic floor practitioner
🤸♀️Day-to-day life 🏃♀️
If you suffer from incontinence, feel weakness, tightness, heaviness or pain
💕 SexuaI disorders
Such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, dyspareunia, tightness or lack of Iubrication
🤰During pregnancy
If you want to learn pelvic floor massage, if you suffer from tightness, incontinence or if you want to learn how to relax your pelvic floor
🤱During postpartum
3 weeks after delivery, scar massage (C-section/episiotomy) can begin
6 to 8 weeks after delivery, you can start pelvic floor rehabilitation
Abdominal rehab can start when pelvic floor is in good shape
👵Menopause
You may experience incontinence and urges
As estrogen decreases, you may have lack of lubrication, tightness.
