🤓Pelvic floor rehab isn't just for postpartum 👶
It can be for all women, regardless of age

☑️Here are some examples where you can make an appointment with your specialized pelvic floor practitioner

🤸‍♀️Day-to-day life 🏃‍♀️
If you suffer from incontinence, feel weakness, tightness, heaviness or pain

💕 SexuaI disorders
Such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, dyspareunia, tightness or lack of Iubrication

🤰During pregnancy
If you want to learn pelvic floor massage, if you suffer from tightness, incontinence or if you want to learn how to relax your pelvic floor

🤱During postpartum
3 weeks after delivery, scar massage (C-section/episiotomy) can begin
6 to 8 weeks after delivery, you can start pelvic floor rehabilitation

The project comes from the frustration of Camille, a physio specialist in perineal rehabilitation and Fabien, sport and exercise specialist.
🤬We're outraged to know that 1 in 4 women have pelvic floor problems, and the more they exercise, the more likely they are to be incontinent!
🤓This problem is often linked to the fact that few people know how to train by reducing the pressure on their perineum.

🧠We racked our brains and set up a 12-week rehabilitation program, combining our 2 specialties.
It include:
👩🏼‍💼- 5 individual sessions of perineal rehabilitation with Camille, at Care, labourdonnais
🏋️- 10 hypopressive group exercise sessions with Fabien, at Créative Park in Beau Plan

☑️We believe this program will enable you to:
- learn how to effectively contract your perineum
- improve your continence and symptoms
- learn how to protect and keep your perineum safe
