On this 10th October 2022, we celebrate World Mental Health Day. This year's theme is about prioritising mental health and wellbeing collectively. Whilst we are handing out support to each other, let's do it selflessly and without any judgments. Let's break the stigma of fear surrounding our mental health. Let's help each other get over negative criticisms and shaming behaviours. Let's help to break that cycle by being kind to one another. Be forgiving, free of judgments and be ready to listen. You matter so is your mental health.

How do you react to situations when your mind floods with negativity?
Be it in your personal or professional life, when you happen to find yourself stumble with challenging circumstances, constant criticism, you tend to question yourself and you are unable to see the bigger picture. When you face hundreds of daily disappointments, your brain is wired to process all the negatives and in the process, you tend to forget all the good things and instead obsess over the negative! The good thing is you can reverse this process in three words:

- Notice
- Shift
- Rewire

Your brain isn't a plaster instead it is plastic, strong enough to resist and push through and flexible enough to change your responses to challenging situations!
This practice is efficient and powerful. It takes less than 30 seconds to rewire your thoughts and see an immediate shift in your mindset.

Try it once a day and every day for few weeks and notice the difference.

You shall remember your purpose, look forward to new challenges and face life with optimism! 🙌

Blaming and shaming dates back to history and literature. Adam and Eve after eating from the Tree of Knowledge blamed each other for their behaviour and were shamed for it too!

By default, humans tend to be stuck between the language of accusation and blame. Consciously or unconsciously, based on circumstances and negative thinking patterns often fuelled by judgmental perspectives, we struggle and end up into the vicious circle of blame and shame. However, breaking this cycle is possible in therapy. We help you focus on the nature of the impulses that promotes blaming rather than focusing of who and what is to be blamed.

Therapy allows you:
- Develop self-awareness
- Focus on your emotional states
- Prevent defensive behaviours
- Be open and compassionate with the self
- Accept your inner states
- Develop a greater sense of worthiness

If you feel like your mental health is being challenged or you find yourself in a vulnerable place, please seek support. You matter

Do you often ask yourself why do you get attracted to new knowledge, big ideas, strong affectionate bonds and powerful emotions?
You're simply someone with a 'Magnetic Mind!'
Do not hold yourself back!

People with Magnetic Minds often find themselves struggling with:
- Fitting in to society
- Finding quality relationships
- Choosing meaningful careers and overachieving
- Burnouts
- Severe Self-criticism

Well, being smart and over sensitive does not mean you have life all figured out. You may be academically intelligent but do not have the capacity towards social or emotional wisdom and it is ok!
You do not need to figure it all at once, you are unique and have been beautifully crafted in your own ways. 🌟
