📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL OUR CLIENTS

Dear valued clients,

At Ascreaevents, we strive to provide exceptional service and deliver unforgettable events. However, we are currently facing a recurring and serious issue: multiple unpaid balances from recent events, including large amounts that remain unsettled.

These unpaid dues affect not only our operations but also our ability to pay our suppliers, who work tirelessly alongside us to bring every event to life. When payments are not honoured, it places our entire team and our trusted partners at risk.

🔒 To ensure the continuity and quality of our services, new payment conditions will now apply:

➡️ All remaining balances must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks before the event date or it will be considered to be cancelled

Our suppliers have made it clear that without confirmed payments, they will not be able to provide their services — and we cannot take responsibility for any disruptions caused by unpaid balances.

At Ascreaevents, transparency and professionalism are core values. These updated conditions are necessary to continue delivering the quality and reliability you expect from us.

Being both the bride and the planner was a unique experience. I got to live the magic that we usually create for others — and it reminded me why I love what I do.
