Today is World Hypertension Day
a reminder that high blood pressure is often a “silent killer” that can affect anyone without warning.

This year’s theme, “Controlling Hypertension Together: Check Your Blood Pressure Regular, Defeat the Silent Killer,” encourages everyone to take simple but important steps toward better health.

Regular blood pressure checks, healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, and routine medical follow-ups can help prevent serious complications such as heart disease and stroke.

މި ސިއްޙީ މަރުކަޒުގެ ޚިދުމަތް 24 ގަޑިއިރަށް ބަދަލުކުރުމަށް ކުރެވެމުންދާ މަސައްކަތުގެ ދަށުން، މިއަދު ވަނީ މި މަރުކަޒުގެ ދެވަނަ މެޑިކަލް އޮފިސަރ އަލަށް ގުޅިވަޑައިގެންފައެވެ. މިއީ ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ދެވޭ ޚިދުމަތް އިތުރަށް ފުޅާކޮށް، ހަރުދަނާކުރުމަށް އެޅުނު މުހިންމު ފިޔަވަޅެކެވެ. އައު މެޑިކަލް އޮފިސަރާއެކު އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ޓީމު އިތުރަށް ވަރުގަދަވެ، 24 ގަޑިއިރުގެ ޚިދުމަތަށް ފުރިހަމައަށް ތައްޔާރުވުމަށް ބޮޑު އެހީތެރިކަމެއް ލިބިގެންދާނެއެވެ.

ބައިނަލްއަޤުވާމީ ނަރުހުންގެ ދުވަސް ފާހަގަކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން މި ސިއްޙީ މަރުކަޒުގައި ވަނީ ޚާއްޞަ އަގުވަޒަންކުރުމުގެ ހަރަކާތެއް ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފައެވެ. ނަރުހުންނަކީ އިންސާނީ ޚިދުމަތް ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމުގައާއި، ފުރާނަ ސަލާމަތްކުރުމަށް ކުރެވޭ މުހިންމު މަސައްކަތުގައި ނުހަނު އިޚްލާޞްތެރި މަސައްކަތްތަކެއް ކުރައްވާ ހިތްވަރުގަދަ ޚިދުމަތްތެރިންނެވެ.
