Children naturally vary in the time they take to reach language milestones and there is a broad range of what is considered normal.

While boys often develop language skills slightly later than girls, this typically still falls within the normal developmental range.
It is important not to dismiss concerns about a child’s language development simply because they are a boy

Even on the hardest days, parents keep going. That is a parent’s strength...steady, silent, unshakable...
Shout out to all parents..doing their best.. even when tired, still loving, still trying, still holding it all together...and everyone navigating their own journeys..your strength may not always be visible, but real..

This small change can make routines feel calmer at home especially for children who have a hard time understanding time due to language delays . Children eith autism / ADHD often have difficulty with time concepts as this helps time "visible" and easier to understand than spoken instructions alone..
This can support:
- smoother transitions
- less frustration
-better turn-taking
- more independence
Instead of relying on it alone, Always pair with your guidance and observe how the child responds to it

Some of the most powerful things we can do for our children are often the simplest.
1. Create daily routines — predictable routines help children feel secure and reduce stress and meltdowns.

2.Instead of always giving orders, offer choices whenever possible — this helps children feel heard and encourages cooperation and independence.

3.Limit screen time — more real life interaction means more opportunities that support their development .

4. Stay calm during tantrums — children borrow our calm before they learn to regulate their own emotions.

5.Spend quality one-on-one time daily..even if its only a few minutes — connection is one of the strongest tools for building trust and communication .

Small, consistent moments of connection and support can have a lasting impact on a child’s development.
