8 YEARS since we started as a peer-support group!

We look forward to continuing to serve you and fighting for the rights of persons with .

Eight years ago today, we held our first mental health peer-support meeting.

The journey from a peer-support group to becoming an organisation of persons with psychosocial disabilities (OPD) would not have been possible without our wonderful team.

We are run entirely by volunteers and today we celebrate each and everyone of you.
Thank you for your perseverance in helping others and fighting for the rights of persons with disabilities.

If you know someone who’s struggling with their mental well-being, you could:

- Get their favourite food delivered to them
- Do some chores for them
- Watch a movie with them in silence

Remember, it’s not all about talking. Simply just being present helps

But always ask permission and respect their boundaries.
