The Humair septuplets (born 14 January 1998, in Abha, Saudi Arabia) were the world's second surviving set of septuplets. They were born at 32 weeks to 40-year-old Hasna Mohammed Humair and her husband, Abdullah Mohammed Ali. They had been told to expect four babies.
The second surviving set (four boys, three girls) were born a couple of months later in Abha, Saudi Arabia, on 14 January 1998 to Hasna Mohammed and Abdullah Mohammed Ali Humair: Fahd, Salman, Sultan, Al-Anoud, Hind, Naif and Noura Humair (all Saudi Arabia).
Within the last six months, in September 1997, another set of septuplets were born in Arabia but only one survived. Mrs. Humair's septuplets weighed between 1 lb.15oz and 2 lbs.10 oz. They were delivered by C-section eight weeks preemie. Their father, Abdullah Mohammed Ali, 55, has three wives and nine other kids.
