Staying mobile at home is key to independence.
For elderly patients, even a few simple exercises done regularly can improve strength, balance, and confidence.
Try these with supervision:
✔ Sit-to-stand repetitions using a sturdy chair
✔ Heel raises while holding onto a countertop
✔ Gentle stretches for arms, back, and legs
Add daily walking (even indoors) and avoid long periods of sitting.
Home-based physiotherapy can make all the difference, especially when mobility is limited or falls are a concern. We assess each person’s space, risks, and needs to create a custom movement plan.
