Makhalidwe a Zitsamba

1. _Aromatic_: Zitsamba nthawi zambiri zimakhala ndi fungo lodziwika bwino.
2. _Flavorful_: Zitsamba zimagwiritsidwa ntchito kuwonjezera kukoma ku chakudya ndi zakumwa.

We are living in a world where having chronic diseases is part of daily life. Lifestyle is contributing to all these, foods which we eat most of the time are processed, these processed foods some contains a lot of salt which the sodium part builds up in the body. sodium makes our body to retain water in the process thereby raising the blood volume causing congestive heart as well as pressure to the blood vessels(high blood pressure)

When you go to the Hospital they give you diuretics that helps in lowering blood pressure by causing frequent urination so that the blood volume should go down that is to lower blood pressure but the problem is they cause a lot of side effects like muscle cramps, headaches, loss of appetite , hair loss and the like

But nature gave us solutions one of it is dandelion it just works perfect fine as diuretics without side effects when you make tea of it or you can find a pill when you consume it just works as the tea causing excrete a lot of urine and normalize the blood pressure

Another insanity is when you ignore your body when its requesting water and you give it soft drinks, junk foods and all dehydrating foods, then your body protest by giving you pains by headaches, joint pains, stomachaches etc... and to the contrary your Doctor gives you painkillers without tracing what caused
