Yesterday, small human and I popped into the Movie & Comic Con at The Utilita Arena, we spent ages with the South Wales Ghostbusters who were amazing in sharing their love of all things Ghost Busting with R and I, he's now an honoury member, and we're now building several Ghost catching devices from some of our recyclables! We loved the whole experience. Thank you to everyone there!

Some of my lovely Pilates humans on the mat at this morning, who tackled a little side teaser variation, with control, grace, and elegance.

They also tackled the full teaser, leg pull down, leg pull up, rolling back (like a ball), seated spine stretch and a range of other movements from the classical 34 Pilates movements, and lots of classical and contemporary variations!

Well done to you all. Today was a beast of a class!

I'm at JD Gym in Cardiff City Centre 5 days a week for Pilates, and Sunday evenings for a restorative Yoga session.

This evening, Pilates at Channel View Leisure Centre we will focus on footwork and balance with a lovely long stretch session.

Tomorrow for Pilates at JD Gym Cardiff Central and PureGym Western Avenue we will be working on backs, shoulders, obliques and of course core. We'll finish with a lovely 15minute Pilates stretch.
