As this year comes to a close, we pause with deep gratitude for the people and partnerships that make the work at Malamulo Adventist Hospital possible.

In a season that reminds us of the Light that Jesus brings into the world, we are thankful for the dedicated MAH staff. We are also so grateful for everyone around the world who is connected to, volunteered for, or donated to Malamulo.

You help keep that light shining through the compassionate, life-saving care we offer here to our community.

Looking ahead to the new year, we are hopeful. New, reliable power at the hospital means safer surgeries, protected equipment, uninterrupted oxygen, and stronger training for future surgeons. It means light when it matters most.

As you reflect on the year behind us and the one ahead, thank you for being part of this mission. Your generosity, prayers, and encouragement continue to bring hope, healing, and stability to Malamulo.

With gratitude and hope for the year ahead.

Year-End Giving Reminder: Every Dollar Matched Through Dec. 31. If you’re thinking about year-end giving, we want to remind you of a powerful opportunity at Malamulo Adventist Hospital.

A generous partner has offered a $100,000 matching donation, meaning every gift made through December 31 will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

• $100 becomes $200
• $500 becomes $1,000

These funds support a critical infrastructure project: a stable electrical microgrid for the hospital. Right now, frequent power outages damage equipment and interrupt surgeries, oxygen production, and medical training. Reliable power will directly impact patient safety, protect life-saving equipment, and strengthen training for future surgeons through the PAACS program.

If Malamulo has touched your life, or the life of someone you know, this is a meaningful way to give before the year ends.

Dear family, friends, and supporters of Malamulo's Hospital and our mission,

We are thrilled to share a giving opportunity that we think will save lives at Malamulo Adventist Hospital. A generous partner has approached us to offer a $100,000 Matching Grant. From now until December 31st, every dollar you give will be matched, dollar-for-dollar.

Your $100 gift becomes $200.

Your $500 gift becomes $1,000.

Why is this so critical for patient care and training?

Right now, our hospital staff faces hourly and daily power outages. These power irregularities damage vital hospital equipment and mean our new, modern oxygen plant often cannot be used. This instability is a constant threat during delicate surgeries and interrupts the training of our surgical residents.

Your gift will directly fund a new, stable electrical microgrid and distribution system. This project is the foundation for everything we do. It will protect patients by ensuring reliable, 24/7 power for our six new surgical suites, three new dental operatories, and critical equipment. It will also empower trainees by providing a stable environment for our Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS) program. Lastly, it will help build sustainability through integrating and expanding our solar energy, creating a resilient, long-term solution.

This is a powerful opportunity to provide support for all our life-saving work. Please consider making a gift today to unlock the full $100,000 match before the end of the year.

Thank you for your incredible partnership.

It has been the honor and privilege of my life to work at Malamulo Adventist Hospital. This legend of a mission is a flagship of Adventist rural mission hospitals in Africa. Through the past 9 years I’ve grown and changed, as has this beautiful place.
May God continue to bless her and keep her, May His face shine upon her and May she continue to be a light on a hill, shining forth His love to those in need.
