17/12/2021

Had a chance to meet one of our clients.
This guy had been heartbroken a few days to his wedding.
This was one of the lowest points of his life and I met him through a co worker who referred him to us for help....it took almost 8 months for him to heal completely.....it was not easy for him but with guidance and every help everyone rendered to him, today he came and appreciated everything everyone had done....He said " a man being dumped and used is the worst feeling you can ever imagine, the shame and everything will drag you down and you no longer feel that power to stand but am happy I had the most caring and loving people who made me realise there is more to everything. Anyway he came to invite me to his engagement next month.

We are happy when people get the help they need.

It's very sad that we still witness the effects of depression and other mental issues that take the lives of innocent youths nowadays.
No one deserves to take their life due to depression and it's high time we push for good Psychosocial services in the country. As a country, there is need for there to be dedicated Psychosocial institutions.
It's very sad that today we have lost another budding young woman due to issues of depression. Irrespective of the circumstances, one has a right to have a stable mental health which if can not be attained by self, be able to access institutions that will help them attain that.
The inability to access such services is the reason why we are loosing many people to depression.
Malawi let's was up and fight the effects of depression together.
If you are depressed, seek help from others, even talking to someone about the problem will help in fighting depression.
I urge each and everyone to try to their best to help or seek help if they are depressed or notice someone is pass through a tough time.

Hard to say
Hard to do
We battle it inside and hope for a brighter day tommorow.

Let's take care of each other. We may seem okay outside but deeply wounded inside.
Let's normalise checking up on one another.
Mental stability is a must

Today being mental health day...we would like to start a campaign for the you....what do you think should be the campaign title

29/09/2021

Some won't talk while some will
Some will try making it look normal while some will have a breakdown
Some will seek help while some will go for the extreme.
Some will be able to fight while some will drown with it.
Either way depression is deadly and let's try to seek help if we can't stand on our own

Good morning everyone😊
