There was a time when I thought I was “The broken one". I was anxious, disconnected, constantly in survival mode. No matter how much I “worked on myself,” something inside me still felt unsafe.
What I didn’t know then was that my nervous system was running the show. My body was holding years of trauma, stress, and suppressed emotion. I was trying to think my way to healing when what I really needed was to feel my way back home.
Learning how to regulate my nervous system changed everything. It helped me find safety in my body, peace in my heart, and presence in my relationships. I stopped chasing healing and started living it.
