Bought myself the Infinity foot and calf massager! 🦶🏻🦶🏻
When is the last time you invested in your own self care? 🤔
My job involves standing many hours through the day! I didn’t take proper care of my feet, and managed to get plantar fasciitis on both feet. It got so bad on one foot, that I would limp, didn’t know how to make the next step, had to stop running and sports involved a lot of pain! I would take painkillers or anti inflammatories here and there... until I finally went for several continual treatments. It’s much better now. That was a wake up call to take better care for my feet!
If you think wellness is expensive, try illness.
