✨ Spring retreat with morning yoga, long walks, cold lake swims and warm gatherings at the campfire… how does that sound? 🤗

My dear Trine Vendelboe Juul has invited me to participate in Storywalks: Livet er en rejse, der giver mening, når den bliver fortalt upcoming Storywalk-Retreat to facilitate the 🧘🏻‍♀️✨ yoga sessions in the mornings, and I look so much forward to stand in front of this amazing lake and guide a gentle yet dynamic yoga session and I hope some you yogis will join me 🙌🏼

There are only 10 ‘seats’ on this retreat which has its ‘basecamp’ at Hald Naturskole with Hald Sø and Dollerup Bakker as the scenery for the walks and other nature- and storytelling stuff that Trine facilitates.

What a glorious feeling of gratitude 🙏
I’m so honoured, touched and connected for ending yet another successful retreat ✨
This time, showing and sharing with the group some of the magical places and hidden gems of the area I grew up in 🤩
Seeing the group trying new things, always with an open mind. Connecting with each other even when it looked like they had not much in common. Always present, caring and getting the best out of the experience 💫🌟

Travelling has suddenly got me teaching online… again! ✨💻🧘🏻‍♀️
What a sweet & sour sensation of “should I keep trying hard to connect with them in the other side of the screen (which is easy to do when we are all in the same room, but not so easy when they are in a tiny square or even not there at all)? Or should I just let myself dive deep into my practice like I do when no one is watching?”.
Cheers to presence and touch and eye contact and complicity ✨🙌🏼
So grateful for my yogi students that show up to class with mind and body, but are also open for long distance practice🧘🏻‍♀️🧡🙏
