What motivates you to lead a healthy life?
Feeling more vitality and energy makes day by day motivate me to integrate good food, exercise and meditation into my routine.
How did you get started in the nutrition world?
It all started 6 years ago when I decided to study nutrition career. On the journey of the race I was meeting different areas and I leaned for vegetarian nutrition in athletes. I also certify myself as a coach instead of habits because I consider that if you change a habit, it is a proven fact that you transform your reality.
What is the key to changing bad habits?
Incorporating a habit is a skill that develops over time, each person has different skills. Acquiring a habit is the process of adding a new positive habit, is making the decision to acquire it and we acquire it through knowledge.
The hardest thing is accepting yourself; knowing that what you were doing is not the right thing to do.
What is the methodology for incorporating a habit?

What is a vegetarian diet?
According to International Vegetarian Union, vegetarianism is a diet composed of plant-based foods with or without dairy, eggs and / or honey.
Within the large world of vegetarianism as a rule, they are those who do not consume meat or fish, other categories can be differentiated. Each of them has a different characteristics.
