Hace 4 meses, 1 año y muchas vidas, dijimos “sí” no solo con palabras, sino con el ♥️
Sí a los amaneceres juntos y a las noches en vela.
Sí a las risas, a las lágrimas, a las conversaciones profundas y al silencio que nos abraza.
Sí a la decisión diaria de amar, de crecer y de sostenernos, incluso cuando el mundo se vuelve loco o cuando nos quieren hacer daño.

Esto no es un cuento de hadas — es real. Y es hermoso.
Porque el amor no se trata de perfección. Se trata de estar. De cuidar. De quedarse. De elegir todos los días a esa misma persona!

Happy Monday, dear Winner 🥇!

Despite of Valentine's Day, we continue learning and working on ourselves 🤓😉 Sooo, let's look at the next time-management application called Harvest. As usually, there's a free and paid versions.

This app is developed for business owners, top managers and corporate workers. App tracks the time that every employee spends working and online browsing and builds charts based on the data. Harvest works together with 71 programs by means of which you can manage projects and adjust the amount of work.

Many people complain that online projects add up working hours and the app is very useful in this question! Harvest gives an employer the information about employee's tasks, evaluates their efficiency, and creates productivity stats.

In addition, you can download the app called Forecast which syncs with Harvest and will show you the calendar of your whole team AND the list of the employees who were overloaded with work or, on the contrary, worked too few.

The next app for time-management is called Evernote. It has free and paid versions.

The best way to make a procrastinator do their task is to creatively design it in the tasks list. Does it happen to you that when you get down to work, you immediately want to make some tea, check Instagram, listen to the last album of your favourite singer or check up on your best friend? Don't worry we are all just simple mortals! Evernote helps substitute all those actions with creative planning. For example, you can add multimedia content to your lists, set the location, and sync with your colleagues.

It is suggested that when you notice some difficulty with starting your work, you shall talk to your coach 🙋🏻‍♀️or spare some 15-20 minutes to the creative design of tasks. In this case, your procrastination will be useful 😉

Hello, dear Winner 🥇

Another time-management application is called 1-3-5 LIST. It is based on the time-management technique we have talked about, where you set 9 tasks for the day: 1 difficult, 3 semi-difficult, 5 easy.

The application has free and paid version. It helps set priorities, set 9 tasks for the day and put them in the order of importance. The design of the application is minimalistic, which is useful for creating lists and, and there's editing option.

Good afternoon, dear Winner 🥇!

The next app for time-management is called Toggl. It calculates the amount of time you spend on completing each project and task. You can list in the morning all the tasks planned for the day in the app including your procrastination time and set the timer.

From the very first day, Toggl reports you about your own work: defines the most time-consuming tasks, draws your attention to the procrastination intervals, and evaluates your self-control (!!!).

Happy Wednesday, dear Winner 🥇!

I hope your day is going amazing. If you are in Mexico, I bet you are preparing your stomach for eating tamales 😄

Let's look at the time-management application called Sectograph.

There are 4 channels or processes for perceiving and memorizing information: auditory, visual, kinaesthetic, and discrete. Knowing your category will be helpful in choosing the means of increasing your productivity.

Sectograph app is developed for visual people. It accesses your Google Calendar and alarm clocks (!!!) and based on these data it prepares a circle diagram with the images of planned events. There is an option to add another tasks to see them in the visual planner.

Sounds cool! If you are a visual person, you have to try this application and recommend it to somebody who might benefit from it.

Meanwhile, if you encounter difficulties with time-management or productivity, you have to contact your coach 🙋🏻‍♀🤓 and schedule a session to combat that difficulty! 🤗

Hello, dear Winner 🥇!

We have already talked about all the most efficient time-management techniques, so let's talk about the platforms/apps for the time-management.

NIRVANA
Nirvana is a to-do app, meticulously designed to help you capture, clarify, organize, reflect and engage with intent, everywhere life happens. It's available for Android, IOS and Windows. You can use free version or the paid one.

NIRVANA is based on Get Things Done method by David Allen. To be focused well on performance of the tasks, you need to liberate yourself from remembering those tasks. That's why NIRVANA can sort your tasks by deadline, executor, projects and priority.

If you are planning some activity in, let's say, the following 6 months, but don't have a specific date for it yet, NIRVANA will automatically add it to the category "Someday". NIRVANA will be sending notifications to its user and the user won't need to keep in mind their tasks to be more productive mentally for performing.

In general, NIRVANA deals with all the memorization, analysing and reminding. Even the free version has a feature of endless number of tasks, set time for completion, sort and plan future actions for those tasks.

Happy Friday, dear Winner 🥇!

As I wrote yesterday, neuroticism impacts (usually in a negative way) all types of relationships, especially the ones at work. Your colleague might have neuroticism or even yourself and it will make it more difficult for the whole team. Let's look at the most common things the neurotic person keeps thinking:

1⃣ I must be the most generous, tactful, noble, courageous, selfless and beautiful.

2⃣ I should be the perfect lover, friend, parent, teacher/student, spouse.

4⃣ I must deal with any difficulties easily and with complete self-control.

4⃣ I must always be able to quickly find a solution to any problem.

5⃣ I must never suffer; I should always be happy and serene.

6⃣ I must know, understand and foresee everything.

7⃣ I must always be in control of myself and manage my feelings.

8⃣ I must always put the blame on myself; I have no right to hurt anyone, ever.

9⃣ I should never be tired or in pain.

🔟 I must always be on the top of my efficiency.

How can you cope with neuroticism? The first step is to recognize it. If you are truly struggling with feelings of neuroticism and neurotic behavior, you might benefit from therapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you manage worry or mindfulness to help you manage emotions and stay in the present moment. Also you can practice daily gratitude so that small annoyances can be viewed from the big picture, as well as engaging in a daily meditation practice.

Hello, dear Winner 🥇!

Neuroticism was defined by the scientists as a negative personality trait involving maladjustment and negative emotions, poor self-regulation or the ability to manage urges, trouble dealing with stress, strong reaction to perceived threat, and the tendency to complain. Thus, overall, neuroticism has been defined as the tendency to experience negative emotion.
Each person falls on a continuum of the range of neuroticism from very low to very high. Obviously, it's better to be on the low part of the range, because then it impacts work and social relationships.

Neuroticism may help individuals to succeed or survive because they have a tendency to pay more attention to negative outcomes or risks. On the other hand, negative effects on behavior are inability to manage feelings of worry, secondary mental health issues (depression or anxiety) and substance abuse.

Do you have a colleague who:

➡️ has a tendency to complain;

➡️ is critical of other people;

➡️ constantly asks for reassurance;

➡️ is overly dependent on others or ask for help instead of figuring things out for themselves;

➡️ is a drama queen or makes mountains out of molehills?

Or maybe you have recognised yourself in these descriptions? Now you know what it means. Tomorrow, we will look into more traits of neurotic people and how it impacts their performance at work.
