Hey there:

My name is Pepe, I´m a psychotherapist, energy healer, empath and spiritual geek. I would like to tell you a little bit about my background so you can get an idea on my approach as a healer.

When I was 20 years old I had a very profound and mystic experience with psilocybin, at that moment of my life I didn´t knew anything about spirituality. From the very beginning of this experience I heard a voice inside my head telling me “don’t be scared, I just want to show you a couple of things, so sit down and relax”. At that moment started what I now understand as an holographic conversation. It was like if someone were telling me something but instead of using just words, he or she was using mental images, memories, sensations and time-travels. I received a lot of messages from that experience but I wasn´t able to understand them completely much less explained them to others. But there were a couple of things that I had very clear:

I nedded to understand completely the meaning of everything I saw and feel on my experience with that “voice” (now I understand it was my soul talking to me)

Once I got the message I had to shared it with others.

I didn´t knew how to do that but I had a very strong feeling inside of me that was telling me to “just flow” so I didn’t worry about it.

I began to practice yoga and meditation and after a year I quitted music school (I was studying music at that time) and decided that I wanted to study psychology and It was love at first sight, I felt in love with it ! During my years in University I got very interested in transpersonal psychology and mind-body approaches in psychotherapy. I was such a good student that when I get my degree one professor offers me a scholarship on a training in Gestalt and bioenergetic therapy. So I started to see clients by that time and six months later I started to teach classes in a local university. During that time my meditation and yoga practice had evolved a lot, I also went to different shamanic ceremonies, meet with Buddhist, yoguis, mystics and spiritual teacher of all kind.

I was very well educated in transpersonal psychology and others spiritual-science approaches so I began to run some workshops. After a couple of years I quitted university and other projects to became a full time psychotherapist. I also decided to focus more on energy healing and spiritual studies. Little by little the kind of people that were interested in having sessions with me were also spiritual seekers or just people that have curiosity about these things.

Now I’m working online in what has became like an “spiritual coaching” or something like that because is not entirely psychotherapy but also not completely coaching nor spiritual counselling, but the mix of all.
