10 years ago, I walked away from wrestling. I had my last match in Montreal, surrounded by family and friends, ready to start a new chapter. Since then, I’ve gotten married, become a dad to two incredible kids, and moved to Mexico in search of something deeper — balance, purpose, and peace.

But life has a funny way of circling back.

When we went to a local lucha libre match, something inside me lit up. The passion, the energy, the pull was undeniable. After some soul-searching, and with the love and support of my family, I stepped back into the ring. At nearly 40, it wasn’t easy — but I came back stronger, wiser, and more grounded than ever. And in 2024, that match earned Lucha Match of the Year. 🥇

The truth? I couldn’t have done it without years of intentional training, discipline, and a deep commitment to my personal wellness — body, mind, and spirit. 🕊
