Our beautiful studio on the beach is ready for a season of positivity, love and light. Starting December 23 we will start our weekly Saturday class at 11am.
Join for a gentle all levels (beginner friendly) yoga class, meditation and sound healing. Create community with others as many individuals go for lunch together after class.
All props provided, including mats. Please wear loose clothing and bring your water.
Cost is 150 pesos per person...class is 1.5 hours.
🙏 At its simplest level - yoga means connection...it is not only the connection of the breath to movement, the connection of the breath and movement to the mind and heart, but also the connection to nature. To listen to the birds and the gentle ocean waves on the beach is a true gift!
