So …. This is Me coming home on the train from London after hosting a Woman’s Menopausal Empowerment Workshop where I was asked to share my experience on anti-aging and the Menopause.
For those of You who are not familiar with what I do, I coach & mentor woman to look and feel Amazing.
As a Holistic Wellness Specialist & Nutritional Therapist my job is to empower woman to create healthy choices in all areas of their lives. This includes relationships with themselves and others, with food, work, fitness, environment and mental and physical health.
I am going to be 60 years young in just a few days and I have used nutrition as a primary source of my health care.
Yup I eat chocolate and drink coffee and sometimes rice pudding!
But I also drink 4lts of water daily,
I Use Isagenix Nourish for Life and Ionix Supreme most days and do at least one Cleanse Day every 2 weeks.
Tritotic, Collagen Elixir and Protein shakes all from Isagenix feature during the week.
Protein pacing and intermittent fasting are my routine. I eat in season and use local honey and natural remedies when I feel a little run down or have been traveling.
Exercise is very important to me, so I walk as much as possible, yoga at least 4x per week and resistance training with Pilates thrown in.
This has been every day recently as I set myself the challenge of the last 30 days of my 50s to be in the best shape possible ( I even gave up rice pudding 😂)
Im the same weight now that I was at 17 years old.
Daily Meditation, Gratitude, counting my blessings and living in nature a must.
Of course the Love of family and friends combined with what I listen too, put on my skin, (I love the Isagenix skincare btw and my bathroom looks like Space NK! )
Equally, what I put in my mind and choose to listen to is essential and of course sleep and fresh air all feature on my “Have too “ list.
I could go on as this is just a little insight. But the point is I practice what I teach and live by it.
