👆 That's exactly what happened to me when I finally became educated on how to workout RIGHT.

I went from being SO nervous in the gym, constantly questioning what the frick I should be doing in there and thinking that if I spent longer and worked out harder, I would get better results.

I was sometimes doing THREE HOUR workouts, bouncing from treadmill to ab circuit, hoping and guessing for results, without actually KNOWING what would work.

Fitness is not either/or.

❌ It’s not, “I either get to look great” OR “eat the food I really like.”

It’s BOTH.

❤️ It’s, “I get to look and feel incredible in my body every single day year-round” AND “go on vacation and eat the food I love.”

❤️ It’s, “I get to feel incredible wearing the cute clothes I really want to,” AND “eat my favorite foods without restrictions.”

You do NOT have to deprive and be miserable to have the results you really want.
