The best handmade pasta you'll ever eat! 🍝🍅 Here we share a grandma's recipe with more than 80 years of practice, it's the best pasta you'll ever tasted!

The secret ? 🙊 It's all about the fineness of the dough and the more the dough is stretched and thinned, the finer and better it will be! ⚠️

Here are the steps in pictures.
🍃For the dough: eggs, flour, pinch of salt, olive oil - Let the dough rest stretch the dough until it is homogeneously thin.

🍃Roll out the dough on both sides to the middle
🍃Cutting finely with a sharp knife
🍃Cook quickly in lightly salted water.

🍅 Decorated with a homemade tomato sauce with vegetables or just olive oil, it's a treat!

30 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to eat, it's long to make but it's worth testing the taste of real Italian pasta ! 😋

The coconut cream has a perfect ice cream texture! 🍦It feels like eating an iced lemon pie with this dessert!
It's really the simplest dessert you can make: 4 ingredients and ready in 10 minutes!
Just mix in a blender : 🥥Calahua Coconut Cream 🍋Lime zest and juice 🌱Basil

Here we share a grandma's recipe : Italian-style stuffed summer vegetables! 🍆🍅
A simple and satisfying way to eat cold veggies in summer ! ☀️

For the stuffing:
🌱Breadcrumbs 🌱Olive oil 🌱Basil 🌱Rosemary / Thyme 🌱 Salt pepper

🍅Vegetables: zucchini, onions, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes

All you have to do is dig the vegetables, salt and stuff them. Then put them in an oven dish with a little water to prevent the vegetables from drying out for about 30 minutes.

Without oven or baking dish, we managed to make them in aluminium foil and it was just as good! 🤩

Homemade chococo Pepitos !🥥🍫 Because we're craving of chocolate and sweet !
We wanted to reinvent the version of our childhood biscuits, the Pepitos!!! 🍪 》 So we made a shortbread dough with margarine and flour, melted dark chocolate and sprinkled grated coconut and nuts!
4 ingredients only, ready in 15 minutes, a simple way to treat yourself with this easy plant-based biscuits ! 😋

For a change at breakfast, toasts with almond butter from , coconut pear and grated dark chocolate , it's greedy and tasty ! 😍🍫🥥🍐 Almond butter is so healthy, just like raw almonds it is made from – is an excellent way to add extra vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fibre into your diet. 🍯

The almond butter goes very well with pear but also with apple, Make a try and let us know! 👌

Quick lunch 》 Veggie patty & avocado toast 🥑🥬🥪
🍴 Sesame bread 🥖 (loving this one!)
🍴Avocado slices or upgrade with a guacamole 🥑
🍴Veggie patty🥪 : sweet potato, oignon, zuchini, black beans, garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, parmesan (or nutritional yeast to make it vegan) - Blend it, shape it and fry it!
🍴Topped with zuchinis and oignon from yesterday 🥒
🍴Nice fresh salad 🥬🍅: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black olives, honey mustard dressing, goat cheese and herbs.

Everything here has been made with leftovers 🙌 that's what we love to do, just oppenning the fridge and getting creative as we go with wathever is already there 🤩

There's usually very little planning ahead when we cook !

For us is this absolute post amazing treat and the easiest because we have nothing to do ! 🙈 We love to take them to the beach as a snack ! 🌊

They are naturally creamy when they are frozen so it's already a mango sorbet without adding anything! Just let them defrost for 15 minutes and there're ready to eat ! Have you ever tried it ?

Quick lunch》 🥑 Avocado toast w/ marinated tomatoes/bellpeppers topping ! 🍅 🍃 Very yummy walnut&raisins bread (toasted or not 😋)
🍃 Homemade guacamole 🍃 Topped with a mix of marinated tomatoes, garlic & bellpeppers.
This was actually for the gnocchis sauce, but before we mixed it 》》 🍅🥕 Homemade tomato sauce 🍃 oignons, garlic and tomatoes in a pan with olive oil
🍃Bell peppers oven cooked first to remove skin
🍃 all the herbs you fancy 😋

Let it cook & marinate for a little while, and its ready to be mixed !

We like to keep some on the side so we can use it for salad or toppings, it's fresh and it goes with everything !

Healthy snack 🥥🍌 》 Frozen bananas chocolate, coco&nuts! 🍌 It couldn't be easier and bananas really do have the texture of ice cream, it's so satisfying ! 🍦

Cut the bananas in half and put them on sticks.
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil to make it melt. 🍫
Dip the bananas in the chocolate and then the coconut. 🍌🥥
We love to add nuts or add a step with peanut butter dip ! Yummy and healthy ... what else ? 🤤
