GROW Workshop
Christine Smith is a classically trained psychotherapist originally from Texas and Allison Dundovich is a certified mindfulness instructor originally from California. They both were looking for the sense of connection and growth in Puerto Vallarta, after all this is such a special city that does a great job of making you feel welcomed. After looking for a year they decide to combine forces to create GROW Workshop.
GROW workshops were created to help inspire personal development through education, discussion, and community. They were made to include anyone to looking to grow within. These workshops are a safe place to explore your thoughts and common feelings within our culture. As a collective whole it helps us feel our thoughts are shared and we are able to learn and grow from each other including two classically trained professionals to help guide the journey. Please join us for a monthly group that ranges on a wide range of topics. You can always see the topic prior to the meeting on our page or connect with us directly. After all, as Helen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."
