A cacao ceremony, also referred to as “Ceremonia de Cacao” is an entry level plant medicine ritual that simply requires an open mind, and the following of a few accessible guidelines to attend. This beautiful sacred experience involves a weaving of meditation, breathwork, nature, medicinal music and somatic movement together to form a powerful heart opening ritual. This ceremony dates back thousands of years, where raw cacao was referred to as a ‘’Food of the Gods’, and is not the same kind of drinking chocolate that you find in stores.

Your facilitator is Dionne Eleanor, an experienced lightworker & spiritual mentor who has been leading ceremonies internationally for over 10 years. She is known for healing through her devotion to deep presence, strong space holding and the gift of her voice. This ceremony will revitalize your body, mind and soul and help you to transmute traumas and adversities that are limiting your energetic vibration. You will be guided through priming breathwork and kundalini kriyas that will stimulate your body and prepare you to enter your arctic temperature ice bath. Feel your parasympathetic nervous system strengthen and your muscles recuperate as you are guided through your ice bath experience.
