What are trees good for?

Trees are good for many things. They give the clean up contamination, they give us fresh air to breathe, and they are amazing to to chin-ups!

Remember when you were a kid and liked to climb trees? What happened? Why you are not doing it any more?

When you are walking on the park, look for a tree with nice branches and do 1 or 2 chin-ups! If you can't juts climbing the tree will be great for your body!

Prefer to buy fresh and whole foods over processed and packed foods! They are at their best to be eaten and have lots of good nutrients!

Vegetable and fruits have a lot of good nutrients that your body will be very happy to receive!

Flexibility is a key component of having a healthy body! With a flexible body we can avoid having back problems, neck problems, knee problems, and become more resilient to stress.

How do I become more flexible? For sure stretching is part of it. But do you know if you are doing the right stretching exercises? Are you hydrating yourself adequately? Are you doing the right exercises?

Some exercise daily is better than a lot on a weekend!

The key for a healthy life are habits and consistency!

Developing the habit of doing some exercise daily, just 20 squats and 10 pushups daily, will give you a lot more of benefits than going on a gym workout boot camp for a month.

Our muscles, joints and ligaments, take time to adapt to new exercise routines. Doing a lot of exercise in a single weekend to compensate for a lazy week will increase your joint and body inflammation, make you feel pain and potentially demotivate you because it seems too hard.

Start your day by taking care of the basics. Do some basic exercises and continue with your day. If you feel that you want to do more excise that day go ahead and do it, but don't miss you daily basic routine.

Healthy and happy people don't do a lot of exercise in a short period of time. They do some exercise in a regular basis, its just part of the way they live!
