                                            Premature aging refers to the early onset of signs typically associated with aging. It can result from various internal and external 
factors. 
Internal (Intrinsic) Factors
These are mostly genetic or biological.
✅️Genetics – Some people have a genetic predisposition to age faster (e.g., early graying, thinning skin).
✅️Hormonal Imbalance – Decline in hormones like estrogen, testosterone, or growth hormone can accelerate aging.
✅️Chronic Inflammation – Ongoing low-grade inflammation (inflammaging) damages tissues and organs.
