This spicy little sequence takes your triceps work into a lunge position—which means you’re not just sculpting your arms… you’re firing up your core and lower body, too. Efficient. Effective. Very SculptXV. 😉
Start with a weight that challenges you without compromising form:
✔️ Melt into a strong, steady lunge
✔️ Squeeze your shoulder blades together
In this demo, Allison uses 8s for kickbacks + 5s for straight-arm pulses (but you do YOU).
The flow:
→ Kickbacks from a lunge (opposite foot forward!)
→ Add that opposite arm extension for a sneaky core challenge
→ Straight arm pulses (small + controlled 🔥)
→ And yes… we go back for more
Reps?
We’re building muscular endurance, so settle in—aim for 20+ reps each. Embrace the shake.
