Over the past 3 years, I’ve refined a unique, mindful approach that blends deep self-awareness, behavior change, and holistic nutrition. Hi! I’m Kat😸

I’m a certified nutritionist and health coach. My specialty is vegan nutrition 🌱

😍My passion is helping people change for better and for good, using nutrition, mindset, sleep and stress.

I don’t have a crazy transformation story where I lost 50kg or cured myself from cancer.

But I have love ❤️

In particular, love to my mom who sparked my interest in sports and healthy lifestyle since my childhood in Russia🌲🏡

Also, to my grandma who’d always tell me: “Look after your health before it’s not too late”.

Her story of neglecting her health for entire life and dealing with big issues later left a distinct mark in my heart🥺

In 2019, I became vegan. For health. My spiritual health at first. Then physical health & health of the planet.

That’s how I started learning about nutrition. I was able to fix my sugar issue, my depression, my weight, ED.

Then, I decided to get certified and start working with people.

My superpower: I can make you change without you noticing.

Recovery is key! 💪🏋️‍♀️

Here are four effective types of muscle recovery:

🧖🏼Sauna

helps muscle recovery by increasing white blood cell flow to damaged areas and promoting the production of hGH which repairs injured muscles.

💆‍♀️Massage

provides benefits such as increased blood flow, reduced muscle tension, and an increased sense of well-being.

🧘‍♀️Meditation

improves blood circulation all over the body, allowing the muscles to freely move and function, and promotes complete rest and renewal of the body.

☀️Spending time outside

helps with muscle recovery by exposing the body to natural light and fresh air which can decrease inflammation and muscle soreness.

Sometimes we tolerate small issues like this thinking it is normal.

In fact, our body sends us signals of something going on so we can observe and help it.

Some of those symptoms are ok when easily explained (ex. Had too much coffee and can’t sleep)

Some are a result of a longer period of time having some issue (ex. Hair loss)

In any case, listen to your body and prevent more serious issues early❤️🤝

As a vegan health coach, I've seen it all.

Let's break down these common pitfalls:

1️⃣ Avoid highly processed foods that may be low in nutrients and high in unhealthy fats and sugars.

2️⃣ Be mindful of emotional eating and find healthier ways to cope with emotions.

3️⃣ Don't overdo the calories, even on a plant-based diet. Balance is key!

4️⃣ Ensure you're getting all the essential nutrients your body needs on a vegan diet.

5️⃣ Don't rely solely on convenience foods, prioritize whole, natural plant-based options. Let's make informed choices for optimal health! 💪🌿 "

Tofu is a universal ingredient 💁🏼‍♀️

It doesn’t have its own taste, even texture.

It comes in different forms (from silky to extra firm) so you can make literally anything from it.

Spices are key. You can make whatever taste you like.

Add soy sauce - make it Asian. Add liquid smoke - grill taste. Add sugar - here’s your dessert.

And it has a ton of quality PROTEIN that everyone is so obsessed with😁

For weightloss and for health in general:

activity - matters
type of activity - doesn’t matter

As long as you like it and ready to be consistent with it.

Body composition and quality - different story.

Being ripped - different story.

So if your goal is to start then find the activity you like and stay with it.
