✨For me and all my relations✨

The deeper I get, the clearer I am about which are my emotions, fears, believes - and which are not. I’m talking about generational trauma.

Generational trauma is trauma that your ancestors experienced and that is passed on to the following generations like the eye color. In a study by the University of Zurich, researchers discovered not only can extreme traumatic events change a person, but they can also impact their children, a generation or two later, through RNA strands.

I recently discovered a deep rooted fear & scarcity energy around food & the believe ‚that nothing comes easy’, which obviously kept me struggling with the flow and getting things easy. Even if life was so generous with me, I couldn’t receive those gifts due to this belief 🙄😭😱

So having this clarity helps me to let go of that energy that was passed on through generations. The more I am willing to continue to do the inner work on myself, the more I gain consciousness and not only enrich my own life quality by healing old beliefs and patterns, but can also greatly enhance the lives of those genetically connected to me over past, present and future generations.

So anytime you work through a block repeat to yourself: For mama. For papa. For meeeeeeee.
