Return and Refund Policy
1. If Day-to-Day detox tea products are to be found damaged when the consumer received them ( posted from HealTea company physical stores or online stores), the Return and Refund Policy options are open with the agreements of both parties.
2. To apply for a Return and Refund for Day-to-Day detox tea picture of proof of damaged must be shown and attached through our email when issuing the problems.
3. Receipt and proof of purchase also need to be shown and attached to the email.
4. The return and refund options are only valid within a month after receiving the item.
5. The item must be returned in the way the product and packaging arrived and the bottle of drink is left untouched/ un-open
HealTea company will cover the return shipping costs under SendParcel Poslaju, consumers only need to drop off the packaging near any Poslaju postage office.
6. After HealTea company received the returned product, consumers are given the option of either they want a full refund or HealTea will post a brand new product and packaging.
7. If consumers choose the option of a full refund, refunds are to be expected given around 14 days after the dispute (completing no.7).
8. If consumers choose the option of sending a new packaging, HealTea will inform the consumer of the new tracking number and post it out within 7 days after the dispute (completing no.7).
