🤓❓❓❓Do you know why we need to brush our teeth twice daily❓❓❓ 🤓

Our mouth have bacterias 👹👹👹🦠🦠🦠 And with all the food and drinks 🍦🍧🍙🍔🍟🍕we take in daily, bacterias 👹👹👹🦠🦠🦠tend to be more active and it proliferates and get stuck on your teeth 🦷 producing a slimy substance called *plaque*, these are nasty stuff we need to get rid off daily via brushing everyday.

If you forgot to brush then these plaque will slowly calcified and become a harden stone-liked thingy which we call it calculus. At this point, it is impossible to brush it off with just normal brushing. 😫 We will need to visit the dentist to scale it off by scaling. 👩‍⚕️

With calculus on your teeth, this will slowly cause cavities on your teeth, bleeding gums and worse even bad breath. 🤢🤮
So, get your teeth checked every 6 monthly to maintain a good oral health. 🦷✨
