5 Tips to improve your eye health with a free method?

Eye exercises can be a simple and effective way to maintain and improve your eye health. Incorporating these exercises into your daily routine can help reduce eye strain, strengthen eye muscles, and enhance overall vision. Here are some easy-to-follow exercises:

1. Focus Change

Purpose: Strengthens the eye muscles and improves focus.

How to Do It:

- Sit or stand comfortably.
- Hold your thumb about 10 inches from your face and focus on it.
- Then, shift your focus to an object about 20 feet away.
- Alternate between focusing on your thumb and the distant object every 10 seconds.
- Repeat this exercise for about 2 minutes.

2. Figure Eight

Purpose: Improves the flexibility of your eye muscles.

How to Do It:

- Imagine a large figure eight lying on its side, about 10 feet in front of you.
- Trace the shape with your eyes slowly, without moving your head.
- Follow the figure eight for one minute, then switch directions and trace it for another minute.

3. Near and Far Focus

Purpose: Enhances focusing ability and flexibility.

How to Do It:

- Hold your thumb about 10 inches from your face.
- Focus on your thumb for 15 seconds.
- Shift your focus to an object approximately 10-20 feet away for another 15 seconds.
- Return your focus to your thumb.
