🎃 helps reduce mental fatigue, improves focus and creativity, and enhances cognitive functioning.

Physical rest can be either passive or active. Passive physical rest includes activities like napping and relaxing bath while active physical participation includes activities like yoga, massage and stretching ✨

⭐Physical rest has the tendency to lower the blood pressure, reduce stress and benefits in many more ways. Physical rest can be attained through various ways like sleep, relaxation, stretching and yoga, and body massage. These activities helps one to release physical stress and helps them to relax⭐

Have you ever heard of emotional resting? 😇

Emotional rest is about letting yourself to be free to feel and express your emotions, definitely in a healthier way. Emotional rest is all about being genuine about your feelings, look for help when you feel you need a help and moving yourself away from emotionally draining circumstances.

There are 4 common ways to experience emotional rest:
1. Gratitude journaling 🔖- it is about writing down things for which you are grateful of. It helps one to feel more positive emotion, relish good experiences and enable you to build strong relationships.
2. Me time 🫶🏻- allows you to disconnect yourself from burnout, stressful life events and reduces your anxious state. It helps you to unplug yourself from social pressures and focus into your emotions, feelings and experiences.
3. Heartful talk with friends 🫂- Talking to a friend who does not judges us and never drains our energy helps us to modulate our emotion.
4. Therapy 💬- is definitely a safer zone for one to openly ad
