This morning at around 7:45 AM, one of our Rescue Medic staff members, while on the way to the office, witnessed a motorcycle accident at the junction near Newbillion Precision Sdn Bhd, Bandar Cassia Industrial Park. ๐ต
Without hesitation, she rushed to our base to mobilise a Rescue Medic ambulance and responded immediately to the scene.
The accident involved motorcycle vs motorcycle, where a female rider sustained facial abrasions and a laceration on her lower arm. Our team quickly provided first aid to control the bleeding and stabilise the patient before transporting her safely to Hospital Sungai Bakap for further treatment. ๐๐จ
Shortly after, a government ambulance arrived on scene and commended our Rescue Medic team for the quick response and professional care, advising us to proceed with the patientโs transport to the hospital.
We would also like the public to know that while Rescue Medic Ambulance is a private ambulance service and our services normally involve charges for non-emergency transport, medical es**rt, and event medical standby โ
when an emergency happens in front of us, we will always respond immediately to help, free of charge.
