如何让蜂蜜柠檬冰更好喝？
把柠檬汁和蜂蜜1：10或13的比例加入清水再装入密封容器用力搖，就跟外面的饮料店搖饮料一样的搖法。
为什么要用力搖呢？跟调制好喝的蜂蜜水是一样的作法。如果是纯蜂蜜，一定多少都会参有花粉等成分，用力搖会產生大量、浓厚、久而不散的泡沫（這也是判断真假蜂蜜的方法之一）藉由搖晃把花粉中的蛋白质打散後，会让蜂蜜的味道更明显、更香。
