December 1986, Dadi Janki met Br Aru and Sis Vijaya in Madhuban.

Dadi requested the couple to set up a service place for those from Province Wellesley to have a study place. 1st Service Centre in Province Wellesley, Penang. Official Opening and 1st service took place on Pangguni Uttiram at Mangalanayagi Amman Temple, Kulim Road on April 1987. Penang family helped to white washed their residence and had temple service at the Temple. Since then, service took place in several place as they have to shift to a bigger places as service was growing. It has served northern states for 34 years. It has expansion to other towns like Kulim and Butterworth.
