Under our Organisational Integrity and Anti-Corruption Plan (OIACP) 2025, we are advancing six key initiatives to embed ethical conduct into the heart of our operations.

Recently, our Group Risk Management and Integrity team actively engaged with key anti-corruption agencies in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia to strengthen our practices and reinforce our commitment to transparency across borders.

𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲: A virtual talk with the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) on Singapore's robust legal framework against corruption.

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮: An in-depth training session at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Learning Centre in Jakarta, focusing on anti-corruption strategies in the healthcare sector.

𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮: A guided visit to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters, gaining insights into corporate liability under Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 and MACC’s enforcement role.

Because compliance sets the rules, but culture wins the game. Together, we’re shaping smarter solutions and healthier lives, powered by trust.

#𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲.

It often starts with consultations, early screenings, routine follow-ups or managing chronic conditions. That’s the essential power of primary care, where timely action makes all the difference.

On 22 June 2025, Duopharma Biotech brought together over 100 doctors and pharmacists for a Continuing Medical Education (CME) session titled Optimising Patient Outcomes in Primary Care, held at Wyndham Grand Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Driven by our Ethical Classic Business team, the session was more than just a knowledge-sharing platform — it was an avenue to explore how we can better serve Malaysia’s evolving healthcare needs, including the growing demand for halal-certified solutions.

Chaired by Dr Saravanan Santhirajan from the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) Wilayah Persekutuan, the one-day session covered clinical updates on managing common non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory, and diabetic conditions.

Duopharma (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Duopharma Biotech Berhad, had the honour of representing Malaysia at KUSKOP Week, held at the Malaysia Pavilion during World Expo 2025 Osaka, where halal pharmaceuticals took centre stage on a global platform.

Hosted by the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Co-operatives Development (KUSKOP) and SME Bank, the week-long programme themed “Health and Well-being” showcased Malaysia’s strengths in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors through curated engagements with participating industry players.

As part of the delegation, we proudly took part in the trade mission to support Malaysia’s visibility in the global healthcare arena — while staying true to our mission of ensuring sustainable access to medicines.

At Duopharma Biotech, halal is more than a certification; it’s our commitment to safety, efficacy, quality, and hygiene. This platform enabled us to share that vision with the world while engaging in meaningful exchanges on equitable access to medicines and inclusive innovation.

Over 25 enthusiastic and driven individuals stepped forward, bringing with them the skills, potential, and passion to make a difference. From production support to administrative roles, candidates were assessed based on their capabilities rather than external perceptions.

This International Friendship Day, we’re celebrating the real ones ✨✨ 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 ✨✨ the ones who save seats, share memes and inside jokes, and somehow know exactly when you need a breather (without you saying a word).
