As the sun rises, we gather to rest, receive, and share healing through sound🎶.

Join us for a Charity Sunrise Sound Bath — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and start the day with intention.

Please bring your yoga mat, towel, small pillow, eye mask, or anything that will help you feel relax and comfortable lying down for 50 minutes.
