🔸 The teacher’s cues sound so hard—I can’t do it! → Actually, cues are just guidelines, not strict rules. Every body is different, and what matters most is finding what works for you!

🔸 Everyone else can do it, but I can’t… → Yoga is not about comparison; it’s a journey of self-discovery. Every practice is unique—respecting your own progress is the true growth.

🔸 Why does the teacher keep repeating the same poses? → Because progress comes from repetition. Each time you revisit a pose, you understand it a little more, feel it a little deeper, and allow your body to grow stronger and more stable without even realizing it.

🔸 The teacher’s breath cues are too fast—I can’t keep up! → Your breath is the most important guide. Everyone’s breathing rhythm is different, so there’s no need to force yourself to match the pace. Let your breath lead the movement, rather than struggling to keep up with the count.

The beauty of yoga isn’t about mastering difficult poses—it’s about how you feel in the moment and finding your own balance and strength through breath and movement.

So, let go of the pressure, return to your breath, and remind yourself: Doing what you can in this moment is already enough!

Many people think yoga is just about becoming more flexible, but the real focus is on balancing softness, flexibility, and mobility.

✅ Softness refers to the natural texture of muscles, fascia, and tissues. Some people have naturally softer muscles, but that doesn’t mean they have enough strength or stability. In fact, being too soft can lead to joint instability and a higher risk of injury.

✅ Flexibility is the ability of muscles and joints to stretch. It’s not something you’re simply born with—it can be improved through practice. While flexibility makes movement feel easier, without strength to support it, it can actually increase the risk of injury.
