很多爸妈以为孩子走路怪怪的，
只是成长阶段的问题，长大骨头自然就会长正。
但事实是，有些“歪脚”并不是发育过程的小问题，
而是 #肢体畸形 可能影响一生的步态、姿势，甚至 #脊椎健康 ！
常见的肢体畸形包括：
👣 O型腿、X型腿
👣 一条腿长、一条腿短（肢体长度差）
👣 严重的内八或外八
👣 手脚先天弯曲、关节活动受限
这些可能来自先天发育异常，也可能是成长过程中的外伤或疾病造成。
如果没能及早治疗，长大后可能会：
🚨 走路不稳、容易跌倒
🚨 长期代偿，导致关节疼痛
🚨 骨盆、脊椎歪斜甚至加速膝盖磨损

Ramai orang bila terseliuh, reaksi pertama mesti cakap:
👉 “Asalkan tak patah, letak ais je cukup!”
Hakikatnya, ais hanya membantu kurangkan bengkak & sakit pada peringkat awal sahaja. Ia bukan rawatan sepenuhnya.
Kalau selepas beberapa hari:
⚠️ Sakit masih berterusan
