Clinic Assistant Cum Personal Assistant job description
We are looking for a compassionate Clinic Assistant cm personal assistant who will provide support to healthcare professionals in our clinic. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and performing basic administrative tasks. You will also be expected to assist with patient care by taking vitals, preparing exam rooms, and providing comfort and reassurance to patients.
REQUIRED LANGUAGE(S):
Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin /Cantonese (Advantage) , English Candidate able to speak in multi-language is preferred
Position Requirements:
Age between 35 and 58
Education: SPM or above
No prior experience required; experienced candidates will be given preference
Basic computer skills
Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin
Rotate location
Responsible, with a strong learning attitude and ability to handle work pressure
Working hour: Monday -Friday 8am -500pm , Saturday 8am -1pm
Public holiday: 0ff
Driver license

Clinic Assistant cm Personal Assistant
Clinic Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clinical support in a medical clinic. The primary duties of a Clinic Assistant include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining patient records. Clinic Assistants may also perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting physicians with procedures. This is an entry-level position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. A successful Clinic Assistant should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, and previous experience in a medical setting is preferred but not always necessary.
Clinic Assistant Cum Personal assistant duties and responsibilities
Assist the physician in patient care and treatment procedures
Take vital signs and record patient information
Prepare examination rooms for patient visits
Ensure medical equipment is sterilized and in working order
Assist with patient scheduling and appointment reminders
Answer patient questions and concerns
Perform administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
Stock and maintain inventory of medical supplies and materials
Assist with insurance and billing inquiries
Perform other duties as assigned by the physician or supervisor
Clinic Assistant requirements and qualifications
Minimum SPM
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
BASIC Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to take vital signs and perform basic medical procedures.
Understanding of infection control protocols and safety procedures
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
SALARY : Starting from RM1990 /RM2085-( with experience )
