PHARMACIST ASSISTANT NEED (Perling Mall Branch)
Salary: From RM 1,700.00- RM 1,900.00 per month

1. Job description
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/ Diploma IN ANY SCIENCE RELATED FIELD.
- Experienced in retail pharmacy will be added advantage.
- Candidates with no retail experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Able to perform shift duties.

3. Job Description and Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
- Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups.
- Implement promotions accurately and in the required time frames.
- Dispense prescriptions under supervision of Registered Pharmacist.
- Receive, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere.
- Sell over the counter medicines.
- Answer queries on the availability and supply of medicines.
- Pre-pack, assemble and label medicines.
- Manage the cash register.
- Referring problems or queries to the pharmacist

- Coordinate, participate and oversee the day-to-day operations of pharmacy retail store.
- Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines at respective retail store.
- Counsel and advice patients on their medication regimen and improving health condition.

Job Scope:
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Invoice processing and filing.
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
Bank reconciliation.
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
