近日流感肆虐，很多朋友在佳节期间出国旅游，
防流感可以从以下几方面入手：

保持个人卫生
使用Speco Essential喷在手上或是物品上，当细菌🦠或病毒一接触到Speco的nano spine，瞬间即瓦解。

勤洗手：用肥皂和流动水洗手，每次洗手不少于20秒，在接触公共设施如扶手、门把手后及饭前便后等要洗手。若没有流动水，

尽量不触摸面部：尽量减少用手触摸嘴巴、鼻子、眼睛等面部部位，降低病菌通过接触传播的机会。

咳嗽或打喷嚏时，用纸巾或肘部掩住口鼻，用过的纸巾及时扔进垃圾桶，并尽快洗手。

注重个人防护
佩戴口罩：在车站、机场等人群密集场所及公共交通工具上，规范佩戴医用外科口罩或N95口罩。佩戴前先洗手，口罩需完全覆盖口鼻和下巴，贴合面部，4-6小时后及时更换。

保持社交距离：在等待或乘坐公共交通时，尽量与他人保持1米以上距离。避免在人员拥挤处久留，减少与陌生人近距离接触。

旅行路上不要饿着，该吃吃该喝喝
多吃富含维生素C的橙子、柠檬等新鲜水果和菠菜、西兰花等蔬菜，适量摄入鱼、肉、蛋等富含蛋白质的食物，旅途中也要确保充足水分摄入。

合理安排行程，避免过度劳累，保证充足睡眠。在长途旅行中，适时在座位上闭目养神或在车厢过道里适当活动。

提前查阅目的地气温，准备合适衣物，根据车厢内外温度变化及时增减衣物，防止着凉。
