Neuro Nest Academy is looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant to support daily operations and communication with clients and the internal team.

Responsibilities:

📌 General administrative and clerical tasks
📌 Managing documents, records, and data entry
📌 Communicating with clients, parents, and team members
📌 Coordinating appointments and schedules
📌 Supporting daily operational needs

Requirements:

✅ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
✅ Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
✅ Fluent in Malay and English
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Organised and detail-oriented
✅ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
✅ Able to start immediately

Job Details:

◾ Location: Jalan Reko, Kajang
◾ Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
◾ Position: Full-time
◾ Level: Entry Level
