后来，我选择停下来。不是因为放弃，而是终于愿意为自己活一次。

我减的不只是10公斤，而是放下了那些不属于我的期待。
我找回了自己的节奏、自律、沉稳与尊严。

真正的成长，不是让所有人满意，
而是学会把自己放在最前面：

平静，不解释，自带光。
