Satu inisiatif membantu golongan susah dan gelandangan di kota raya. Dr Faiq Bahrani yang mewakili Awam Klinik Klang turut serta dalam misi membantu mereka yang memerlukan dari segi aspek kesihatan. Inisiatif ini telah lama di anjurkan oleh Food For Gelandangan yang diteraju oleh Tuan Azizan.

Inisiatif ini berlangsung setiap minggu pada malam jumaat. Antara bantuan yang diberikan adalah makanan kering, lampin bayi, pakaian, soft toys dan juga ubat-ubatan.
