The Boaz Field is a drug and alcoholic rehabilitation centre which offers 2 years course for male individuals aged 18 to 45 who are indulged in drug or alcoholic substances. We are located in the heart of Klang and have a success rate of 95%.
This centre was founded by Pastor Nathan, our current Founding Director in the year 2000. He has a vision of cleansing and changing the lives of these youths and adults alike from the abuse of substance. He believes that many of these individuals have wasted their years in drugs and alcoholism when it can be put to better use like education, career building and a family. Mr Sathiyanathan has a mission to completely cure Malaysia of addicts.
We would like to introduce the rest of our people, Mrs Suguna Sathiyanathan, the therapist and wife of Pastor Nathan. Mrs Suguna is a former teacher for students with special needs with an experience of 20 years. She has found her passion in counselling these boys or as she calls it "showing the love of a mother in counselling".
Our centre consists of 120 male individuals currently, ages varying. We are providing this course to Indians, Chinese and Sikh in the Malaysian community as we are not licensed towards the Malay community. We have licensing under Agensi AntiDadah Kebangsaan and have been dubbed to be the centre with the highest success rate in Malaysia. Our programs are in house basis with no possibility of being in the outside world for the said period- we believe that our training is able to complete turn a person's life 360.
