Coccydynia pain can be debilitating and not easy to treat… after failed conservative treatment
Advance treatment can be simplified into destructive (RFA) vs regenerative (DW5/PRP) method

70+ elderly came in for persistent pain over the face … not able to eat for years despite pain killer…. Only drinking food with straw.
Radio frequency was done to her infraorbital nerve in my clinic.
Now she is eating, taking soft diet. Planning to put a new set of denture.

Patient c/o persistent pain over calf and worse at the foot.
Treated as lumbar sciatica and piriformis syndrome and given multiple injection still can’t reduce the pain for past 3 years.

Sonoanatomy dynamic scan noted soleus muscle trapping tibial nerve and given diagnostic d5% with no LA.

Pain disappeared instantly. From 8/10 to 4/10 then zero after 30mins.
