#正骨治疗
哇佬❗️沙巴Hidden Gem正骨师，一次过搞定我的“生骨刺”颈椎❗️

这次真的“大条”了！照了X光，医生讲我的颈椎C4到C7生骨刺，难怪肩膀酸痛到像天天在扛煤气桶，最离谱是手痛到举不高，梳头穿衣都困难，手臂还像有蚂蚁在爬，麻麻痹痹❗️

我心一横，想着这次必须下重本，飞去槟城找那位传说中最Top的Master正骨师了！一想到机票、酒店和请假的时间，我的钱包和心情一起sien掉…**

结果！！ 那天我正躺在床上，一边忍受着手臂的麻，一边刷Facebook 。就在这个时候，算法竟然显灵了！ 给我刷到我们沙巴亚庇就有一位“隐藏版高手”！介绍讲他不仅是专业正骨师，还是专业健身教练，最吸引我的是，他特别受过专业运动员的推拿培训！ 我心想，运动员的损伤五花八门，处理起来肯定更细致、更懂我们这种“劳动人民”的痛，立马就预约了❗️

见到师傅本人，果然专业！他先仔细看了我的X光片报告，解释骨刺是怎么压迫到神经，才会导致手麻和举不起来，让我一下子明白痛楚的根源。接着的推拿调理，不是那种乱掰的，力道精准到位，我几乎能听到身体里“归位”的声音。调理完后，那种感觉真的像卸下了千斤重担，肩膀瞬间轻了，手臂的麻感也舒缓了很多，最神奇的是，我的手终于能比较顺畅地举过肩膀了❗️

这还没完！因为他有健身和运动康复的背景，他还不忘“课后辅导”，特地教了我几个非常简单却超有效的护颈运动，叮嘱我每天花几分钟做，强化颈部肌肉，才能真正治本，防止骨刺问题恶化。

这一趟下来，真的是“一条龙”服务，从诊断、调理到康复教育一次搞定！回头一想，真的好彩没有冲动订机票。省下的机票、酒店、时间和精力，简直是一笔意外之财，足够我带着轻松的肩膀和颈项，去享受好多顿生肉面和豪华海鲜餐了❗️

所以讲哦，有时候我们总觉得“外国的月亮比较圆”，但其实好东西、好师傅，很可能就隐藏在我们沙巴这片宝地。何必舍近求远？
